Inland Regional Center has its office in San Bernardino and serves both San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Homes in the city work with the regional center on their doorstep.
San Bernardino is the largest county in the country by land area. Homes in the valley sit close to the regional center, while homes in the high desert and the mountains are a long drive from it.
A QIDP who already works in this service area knows which meetings need a person in the room and which do not. That judgement keeps your hours on the plans and the data.
On-site hours in the San Bernardino valley are usually available. For Victorville, Barstow and the mountain communities we normally plan fewer site visits and run the rest of the work remotely.
We assign an experienced local QIDP first. Where none is available, the engagement runs remotely, unless you choose to cover travel costs.
Homes come to us at five different moments. Each one is scoped and quoted on its own, so you buy the hours the work needs and nothing else.
Each service is described in full on the main QIDP Consulting page.
* Discount available on longer engagements. Ask on the free 15-minute call.
We are a matching service. QIDP Consulting does not collect your fee and does not take a share of the hourly rate. The agreement and the payment are between your home and the professional.
California sets the qualified professional service at 1.75 hours per client per week. In a six-bed home that is 10.5 hours a week. Read it as a floor. A San Bernardino home that is rebuilding records, or working through a plan of correction, normally needs more at the start and less once the systems hold.
