Anaheim ICF/DD homes hire a contract QIDP by the hour. You book a free 15-minute call, and the assignment follows that call. The rate is a flat $90 per hour with a 10-hour minimum, and the payment goes directly to the professional.
One regional center covers this whole county. The Regional Center of Orange County works from Santa Ana and serves every city in Orange County, Anaheim included.

North Orange County homes sit close to Los Angeles County lines. Staff and professionals often work across both. We check that experience before we assign, because the two areas do not run the same way.
Anaheim is inside a compact county with short drive times, so on-site hours are normally available. Program plans, assessments and audits also run remotely when you prefer that.
We assign an experienced local QIDP first. Where none is available, the engagement runs remotely, unless you choose to cover travel costs.
Homes come to us at five different moments. Each one is scoped and quoted on its own, so you buy the hours the work needs and nothing else.

California sets the qualified professional service at 1.75 hours per client per week. In a six-bed home that is 10.5 hours a week. Read it as a floor. A Anaheim home that is rebuilding records, or working through a plan of correction, normally needs more at the start and less once the systems hold.
