We match ICF/DD homes in Fresno and the central San Joaquin Valley with experienced contract QIDPs. Ongoing hours, one program plan, cover for a vacancy, a record audit before a survey, or training for the person moving into the role.
Flat $90 per hour · 10-hour minimum · on-site in Fresno where a local QIDP is available, remote statewide
Serving ICF/DD-H and ICF/DD-N homes in Fresno and Fresno County. Free 15-minute consultation, no obligation.
Fresno ICF/DD homes hire a contract QIDP by the hour. You book a free 15-minute call, and we assign a professional after it. The rate is a flat $90 per hour with a 10-hour minimum, and payment goes directly to the QIDP.
Central Valley Regional Center works from Fresno and serves Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced and Tulare counties.
The valley is where the shortage of qualified professionals shows most. A home in a smaller town can lose its QIDP and find no replacement within an hour's drive. Contract hours fill that gap without a hiring search.
Most of the QIDP role is records work: assessments, program plans, data review and team notes. That part runs well remotely, which is why a valley home is rarely stuck even when nobody local is free.
Fresno itself usually supports on-site hours. For the smaller valley and foothill towns we run the engagement remotely, and we plan site visits only when a meeting or an assessment needs a person in the room.
We assign an experienced local QIDP first. Where none is available, the engagement runs remotely, unless you choose to cover travel costs.
Homes come to us at five different moments. Each one is scoped and quoted on its own, so you buy the hours the work needs and nothing else.
Each service is described in full on the main QIDP Consulting page.
* Discount available on longer engagements. Ask on the free 15-minute call.
We are a matching service. QIDP Consulting does not collect your fee and does not take a share of the hourly rate. The agreement and the payment are between your home and the professional.
California sets the qualified professional service at 1.75 hours per client per week. In a six-bed home that is 10.5 hours a week. Read it as a floor. A Fresno home that is rebuilding records, or working through a plan of correction, normally needs more at the start and less once the systems hold.
DirectCare is our sister practice for the paperwork side of an ICF/DD home: program plan templates, attendant and medication training plans, and a document library you keep. Visit DirectCareHQ.com
You describe the home, the residents and what is going wrong. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. No cost and no obligation.
Assignment happens after that call. We look for an experienced professional near Fresno first.

Standard terms are 50 percent to start and the balance on completion, paid to the QIDP directly.
